Please make sure your dog has had a bathroom break before arrival. If your pet has any health concerns or special needs, let us know ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.

What’s included in a full-service dog grooming appointment?

Our full-service grooming includes a bath, brush-out, haircut or trim, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a finishing touch with a spritz of pet-safe cologne and a bandana or bow.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on their coat type, lifestyle, and how much shedding or matting they experience.

Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred time, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability allows

How long does a grooming session take?

Typically, grooming takes about 2–4 hours depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the type of service requested.

Can I just bring my dog in for a bath or nail trim?

Absolutely! We offer individual services like baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, and brush-outs without the need for a full grooming package.

What products do you use on the dogs?

We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners that are gentle on your dog’s skin and coat. Hypoallergenic and medicated options are also available upon request.

How do you handle nervous or senior dogs?

Our groomers are trained to work patiently and gently with all pets, including nervous, elderly, or special-needs dogs. We take extra care to make the experience as calm and comfortable as possible.
